YOGA WITH KIRSTIE
When I teach yoga, I aim to make it as accessible as possible for every student - be that a beginner, a daily practitioner or an advanced student. Modifications will be taught so that everyone can achieve the best version of a pose for themselves - and classes will include a blend of asana (poses), vinyasa style flows, pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation.

Yoga Styles
I am a trained yoga teacher, having trained initially in Anusara yoga - which is a Hatha school of yoga. My Anusara-inspired classes often blend Vinyasa style flows (with the breath), with longer holds in certain poses - but can also include restorative elements. All classes will include relaxation.
Equipment
For in person classes, please bring your own mat and any props you like to use (such as bricks, blocks, straps, bolsters or blankets). I will bring some of my own props where possible. If you don't have your own mat, contact me below as I have a few spares that I can bring too.

IN PERSON YOGA CLASSES

ONLINE YOGA CLASSES
